We’re debating on whether or not we should go see 2012 tonight. I want to but at the same time I don’t want to be out late because I need to be up early for my Weight Watcher’s Meeting and I’ve been drinking a lot of water and I don’t want to be running to the washroom every 20 minutes. We also have to go across the city tomorrow to view the apartments.
For dinner tonight we ate out …
I had a Wendy’s Grill Chicken with a small fry and some ketchup which came to a total of 15 POINTS, which is exactly what I had left over for the night :)
Earlier today I made some Chocolate Devil’s Food Cupcakes … 3 POINTS!
I just took some Duncan Hines Devil Food’s cake mix and added in 1 can of Diet Coke and 2 egg whites. For the frosting I used Betty Crocker’s French Vanilla Icing and added some purple food colouring. I only used 1/2 tbsp of icing so it’s only 1 POINT. I also made 21 cupcakes which is why they are 2 POINTS each.
Okay I`m off to watch some TV and decide whether or not we are going to the movies, take care!

Those cupcakes looks so good! I've never made diet pop cupcakes ever.... both you and Jaime have me wanting to pick up some cake mix. :) Delish!
I love the Wendy's Grilled Chicken, it's so great to be able to make a decent food choice when you're getting fast food.
Awesome job...now I want a cupcake! LOL
